Because the flexural strength at high temperature mainly represents the combination of all minerals in bricks, this indicates that the bonding strength of fused magnesia chrome bricks is the largest, so the erosion resistance is the best under high temperature.
Because the permeability of liquid phase between different grains is lower than that between the same grains, when the liquid content is fixed, the second solid phase will increase the solid solid contact, thus improving the high temperature strength of bricks. In the production of electric cautery, combined with magnesia chrome bricks or semi re bonded magnesia chrome bricks, pre synthetic magnesia chrome sand is added as raw material, thus increasing the content of second solid phase and increasing the high temperature strength of bricks.
